Our Inn & Gallery
The Red Velvet Inn & Gallery is a unique bed & breakfast located within walking distance to downtown Navasota, this 130+ year old Victorian style B&B has an on-site Art Gallery and is just 20 minutes from College Station, TX. This historical home was built by Charles W. Stewart, two-time mayor of Navasota and son of Charles B Stewart, signor of the Texas Declaration of Independence and designer of our Texas State Flag.
Navasota is known as “The Town that Trains Built” and is one of three cities in Texas that Union Pacific has designated as Train Town USA. The Red Velvet Inn & Gallery is two blocks from the train tracks and an average of 30 trains a day travel through Navasota, so you will hear trains passing by, even at night. It is part of the charm of Navasota and the Inn, but light sleepers should be aware of this.
The Inn requires a one night deposit on all reservations at time of booking. Cancellation policy allows for a 100% refund within one week of arrival less a 10.00 service fee on individual rooms. Cancellations of less than 6 days will be refunded at 75% plus 10.00 service fee and cancellations of 24 hours or less will be refunded at 50% less a 10.00 service fee. No shows are non refundable.
We look forward to sharing our wonderful home with you.
